Eddie Stacey; renowned Stunt coordinator, Second unit director, Business man, Restaurateur and now Inventor, would like to present to you, the Eggs Plus Pan! After working 50 years in the film industry, he has learned to approach work with a singular question in mind: “How can I make this better?” He approached cooking in this same way, asking similar questions as: “How can I make this cooking easier, how can I make it faster?” and of course, “how can I make this healthier?”

Since learning to cook as a boy, Eddie Stacey took away from his mother the different tricks and nuances that came with better and healthier cooking. What he learned from her would be an integral part of the years of hard work and iterations it took to get the Eggs Plus Pan.

Use & Care

  • For use on gas, electric and glass/ceramic top stoves. Not compatible with induction burners.
  • Before initial use and after subsequent use, hand wash with warm soapy water. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
  • Use wooden, silicone or heat-safe plastic utensils to turn or stir food inside pan. Metal utensils will scratch the pan’s nonstick coating.
  • Preheat pan over medium heat for 1 minute prior to adding food. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and the stovetop.
  • While not necessary, adding a small amount of oil or butter to each cavity of the pan will improve flavor of food and ensure easy release every time you cook.
  • To steam-cook foods such as meats, vegetables and eggs, add 2-3 Tbsp (1-1 1/2 oz) water or broth to liquid reservoir, then add food and cover with lid.• To cook or saute foods such as pancakes, hash browns or burgers without added moisture, add food to each cavity and cook per normal directions as you would with a skillet. The lid is not necessary, but can be used to prevent splattering of hot oil.
  • Always use a kitchen hot pad or oven mitt when removing lid from a hot pan, as knob may be warm and steam will be released as lid is lifted.
  • Never allow pan on a hot burner to be left empty or unattended.
  • Metal utensils, abrasive pads and scouring powders should not be used on nonstick surfaces for cleanup.
